Job Description

Job Title - Senior Architect

Department - Cultural Team

Reports to - Project Head

Leads - Junior and Apprentice Architect

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
5-10 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, D5 Render, Enscape, Lumion, and other design visualization tools, M.S. Word suit, Adobe Suite, Q.G.I.S
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
Excellent design, technical detailing, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and consultants.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
