This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect. The Architect will be responsible for handling projects under principal architects in designing and developing architectural plans and blueprints, conducting feasibility studies, and collaborating with clients and construction teams. The Architect will also provide support in project management and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution
Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or a related field
Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, and SketchUp
Proficiency in rendering software such as V-Ray, Enscape
Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods and space management
Ability to interpret and create architectural drawings and blueprints
Should have good experience in hospitality projects
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong time management and organizational skills
