Senior Architect – Working Drawings Experience: 5 Years + Reporting to: Project Architect Job Location: Thane Key Responsibilities: • Review and validate architectural working drawings for accuracy, technical soundness, and compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications. • Ensure coordination across disciplines (structural, MEP, landscape) within the working drawings. • Conduct periodic quality audits of drawing sets prior to client or authority submission. • Coordinate with client to resolve technical discrepancies. • Mentor junior architects and draftsmen in best practices for drafting and detailing. Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience with at least 3-5 years in a similar technical review role. • Deep understanding of architectural detailing. • Proficient in AutoCAD, other industry-standard drafting.
