As a Senior Architect - Working Drawings, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, technical soundness, and compliance of architectural working drawings with building codes, regulations, and project specifications. Reporting to the Project Architect, you will be based in Thane and will be responsible for reviewing and validating drawing sets, ensuring coordination across disciplines, conducting quality audits, resolving technical discrepancies with clients, and mentoring junior architects and draftsmen. The ideal candidate for this position will hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized institution and have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 3-5 years in a similar technical review role. A deep understanding of architectural detailing, proficiency in AutoCAD, and familiarity with other industry-standard drafting tools are essential requirements for this role.
