We are award winning Architecture Design Studio having 120+ team members with over 25 years of rich experience in designing of IT Parks, Data Centers, Commercial Projects, Residential Projects, Township Projects and Culture based Institutional Projects. Senior Architect - Culture Based Institutional Projects: Qualified architect with a Bachelor's or Master's degree and 5–10 years of experience in design and project execution. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, D5 Render, Enscape, Lumion, Adobe Suite, and MS Office. Job Description: • Design Development & Execution Lead creative design from concept to completion, create and review drawings, technical details, and 3D visualizations, ensure compliance with codes and standards. • Research and Analysis Conduct in-depth research on historical, cultural, and site-specific contexts to inform and enhance design concepts. Integrate findings into design narratives, propose innovative yet context-sensitive solutions, and support material selection. Organize research into reports and presentations to strengthen client communication and design reviews. • Project Coordination & Collaboration Coordinate with internal teams, seniors and external consultants (MEP, structural), participate in design reviews and client meetings, resolve technical issues during project execution. • Technical Expertise & Quality Control Develop and check working drawings and construction documents, conduct site visits and ensure design implementation, maintain quality and accuracy of all design documentation. • Deliverable Planning & Execution Manage timely delivery of all design documents, drawings and presentations, monitor project schedules and flag discrepancies, ensure timely project progress phase wise and design Ensure external consultant deliverables are aligned and are in timely manner, flag any scheduling discrepancies • Team Support & Mentorship Guide and mentor junior architects, share technical knowledge and support team performance. • Client & Stakeholder Interaction Participate in presentations and design discussions, client communication, translate client feedback into design adjustments.
