As we grow our team, we are looking for a passionate Senior Architect who can take ownership of projects from concept to completion and help shape the future of our studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Coordination: Engage directly with clients to understand project requirements, design intent, and expectations.
• Design Development: Prepare concept and schematic designs, presentations, and detailed design documentation.
• Site Documentation: Conduct site visits, document existing conditions, and ensure design intent is accurately executed on site.
• Project Execution: Prepare working drawings, BOQs, and other documents required for execution.
• Coordination & Management:
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, vendors, and site workers.
• Oversee site progress, resolve design or execution issues, and maintain project quality standards.
• Manage project schedules, update progress reports, and ensure timely delivery.
• Presentation & Communication: Develop clear and compelling design presentations for clients and internal reviews.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp is essential.
• Familiarity with Rhino, Grasshopper, and BIM tools will be considered an advantage.
• Design & Visualization: Excellent design sense and ability to translate ideas into spatial concepts.
• Communication: Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
• Project Management: Ability to multitask, organize, and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Driving License: Preferred, as site visits across Kerala will be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• Registration with COA (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architecture and construction supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
