This role is based out of Gurugram.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain highly performant data post-processing pipelines
• Create shared data assets that will act as the company’s source-of-truth for critical business metrics
• Partner with analytics stakeholders to curate analysis-ready datasets and augment the generation of actionable insights
• Partner with data engineering to expose governed datasets to the rest of the organization
• Make impactful contributions to our analytics infrastructure, systems, and tools
• Create and manage documentation, and conduct knowledge sharing sessions to proliferate tribal knowledge and best practices
• Maintain consistent planning and tracking of work in JIRA tickets

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Mathematics, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in data analytics or engineering roles
• Strong command of SQL and experience working with relational databases
• Solid understanding of data modeling principles and ETL/ELT processes
• Proficient in Python for automation, data processing, and analysis
• Experience building and orchestrating data pipelines using

  dbt

  and

  Airflow

• Comfortable using command line tools for scripting and operations
• Familiar with tools like Hive, Trino (Presto), SparkSQL, and Google BigQuery
• Experience with cloud storage solutions such as

  AWS S3

  and

  Google Cloud Storage (GCS)

• Skilled in version control and collaboration using

  Git

• Follows CI/CD best practices and modern deployment workflows
• Proven ability to break down business requirements into clear technical deliverables
• Experienced in integrating data from multiple sources to uncover new insights
• Background in projects involving business metrics and performance data
• Excellent communication skills for documentation, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong team player with the ability to work across departments and influence outcomes
• Passionate about process optimization and tool development for better efficiency
• Enthusiastic about leveraging AI to enhance workflows and drive smart outcomes
