Responsibilities
In this context, and in close relation with the Front-office and all the support functions (MiddleOffice, Back Office, Risk Division, Finance department, IT Division,), you will take care of thefollowing missions:Control of the economic characteristics of the transactions (primary and secondary bookings,amendments and cancellations) based on contractual data in particular:To ensure the coherence of the transactional modellings and the pre-confirmationsTo control the data of modellings of payoff regarding the Term SheetControl of the integrity (consistency check) of the transactions and positions which can consist inparticular in:To realize the transverse controls of the end of day (ex: duplicate check) to make sure of thecoherence of the modelling and of the position at the end of the dayTo notify the team which books the transactions of the anomalies of position and make sure of theimplementation of the necessary corrective actions.
Make sure that the operations are correctly modelled in the systems by doing periodic stock reviewEVTIn this context, and in close relation with the Front-office and all the support functions (MiddleOffice, Back Office, Risk Division, Finance department, IT Division…), you will be in charge of thefollowing missions:Detect and analyze the alerts on the events (Security transactions, coupon, maturity, migration),Calculate he impacts and the amounts of the events (maturity, intermediate flows, eligibleposition…),Follow and collect the choices of the Front Office or the Client on the "optional" events of type,Model the events in the information systems,Control the quality and the exhaustiveness of the recorded data,Analyze and adjust the break raised by the Control team and the other stakeholders (Back Office…),Notify the events to the stakeholders (Client, Front Office, Back Office),According to the activity, the management of the commissions/fees during the lifecycle of theproduct.You also participate in the projects and the transverse tasks of the service:Follow-up of the transverse problems (systems…),Participate to projects of to make the processes more robust,Participate to projects of automation and convergence of the processes,Contribute to impact analysis for the development of new activities (NPC),Contribute to produce of the indicators of risk (KRI) or performance (KPI) of the activity of the team.
