3.6 LPA - 7.2 LPA80% Fixed20% Variable (Retention-linked)Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Amazon Ads Manager who can independently manage, scale, and optimize Amazon advertising accounts while also leading a small team. The role requires strong execution capability in Amazon PPC, solid analytical skills, and the ability to drive account-level growth for brands.Key Responsibilities
Create, scale, and manage Amazon Ads campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
Perform in-depth keyword research and search term analysisBuild and optimize campaign structures aligned with brand and growth goalsManage budgets efficiently to control ACoS, TACoS, and profitabilityExecute regular bid, placement, and budget optimizations
- Analytical & Reporting Skills
Analyze account performance data to identify growth and optimization opportunities
Track key metrics such as ACoS, ROAS, TACoS, CVR, CPC, and SalesGenerate insights and actionable recommendations from performance dataPrepare and review performance reports for internal reviews and client discussions
Develop and execute PPC strategies aligned with brand objectives
Adapt strategies based on market trends, seasonality, and competitive landscapeIdentify scaling opportunities without compromising profitability
- Communication & Client Handling
Clearly communicate account performance, insights, and next steps to clients and internal teams
Translate complex PPC data into simple, actionable business insightsParticipate in client review calls and internal performance discussions
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 Amazon Ads executives/managers
Review team work, provide feedback, and ensure quality executionCollaborate with internal teams on strategy, testing, and new initiativesContribute to process improvements, SOPs, and best practices
Stay updated with the latest Amazon Ads features, policies, and trends
Participate in relevant training, certifications, and internal learning initiatives

Take ownership of account-level performance and predefined targets
Drive continuous improvement in PPC outcomes through testing and innovationProactively identify and solve account-level challenges

Provide scalable solutions for common account and performance problems
Drive adoption of internal tools, systems, and best practices across accounts
- AI & Software Utilization (DataFuel / Tools)
Effectively use AI tools (including DataFuel or similar platforms) for:Campaign launches and keyword clusteringOptimization and performance analysisReducing manual workload and improving execution speedEnsure consistent and efficient usage of tools for audits, insights, and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-3+ years of proven experience in Amazon Ads managementStrong expertise in Amazon PPC (core requirement)Good working knowledge of Amazon listings, SEO, and overall account managementPrior experience leading a team of 2-3 membersDemonstrated results in scaling and growing AmazonbrandsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
