About Us: We are a performance-driven eCommerce marketing agency that partners with brands to scale across Amazon, Flipkart, D2C, and more. We act as true growth partners, combining deep marketplace knowledge with a brand ownership mindset. As we expand, we are looking for a Key Account Manager who can manage and nurture strong client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure long-term satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities: Manage relationships with 100+ clients across Amazon and other platforms like Flipkart, D2C, etc. Be the single point of contact for all client needs β from onboarding to daily queries Talk to every client weekly to stay updated, share progress, and build trust Onboard new clients smoothly and stay closely connected during the initial phase Pitch additional services (Flipkart, D2C websites, international expansion, etc.) to grow each clientβs engagement with us Attend important client meetings to build rapport and address strategic needs Follow up for payments to ensure timely clearance of invoices Raise internal tickets for client issues and coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution Collaborate with internal teams (ads, creative, catalog, etc.) to deliver client expectations on time Conduct monthly business review calls with each client to showcase results and drive alignment Do monthly client feedback calls β collect ratings (on a 1β5 scale) and identify areas for improvement Track and update client details regularly using CRM tools and dashboards Work towards maintaining a minimum client satisfaction score of 4 out of 5 Ensure long-term retention β each client should stay with us for at least 1 year Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): β Client Relationship Management: Active engagement with 100+ clients monthly π Up-sell & Cross-sell Rate: Minimum 50% of clients to be upsold within 12 months π Retention Rate: 90%+ client retention over a 12-month rolling window π Satisfaction Index: Client satisfaction score of 4.0/5 or higher (surveyed quarterly) π CRM Hygiene: 100% accurate and updated records Requirements: Experience managing multiple clients/accounts in a company is a plus Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Strategic thinking and solution-oriented mindset Ability to multi-task, manage pressure, and prioritize effectively Highly organized with experience in CRM tools and dashboards Familiarity with Amazon, Flipkart, D2C platforms is a strong plus Why Join Us?
