Role Description
The CB Agile Coach is part of the Corporate Bank (CB) Agile team within the Value Delivery Office. The team supports CBs ongoing transformation into a business agile organization.Leveraging cross-departmental collaboration between CB, Operations and Technology, the Corporate Bank can tap new business opportunities and provide solutions to our customers and internal consumers more quickly. This role requires being able to work confidently alongside highly technical teams, a strong coaching background, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset for helping shift culture and mindsets.Our goal is to enable the organisation to be able to react more quickly to changes in the interests of our customers; to make our value chains more effective and efficient so that customer and employee satisfaction increase. What Youll Do
Outline and develop activities aligned to the CTO strategic objectives and ongoing continuous improvement practicesIn close cooperation with the head of the Value Delivery Office, implement change and drive forward associated initiativesMaintain thought leadership through attendance at meet-ups / conferences as requiredSupport the ongoing development of a self-sustaining learning culture in the broader bankProvide ongoing learning and development in agile related topics for Tribe Domains and Tribe Leads as well as CIOsMake use of bank-wide networks for the implementation of the strategic goalsHow Youll Lead
Play a prominent role amongst agile coaches across CB to ensure the goals of the team are metCoach and advise senior management in all areas and regions of the Corporate BankContribute to creating an environment for collaboration, exchange of experience and continuous learning both within the Agile team and across CBSupport the development of younger employees with a focus on application of agile ways of workingContinuously develop and improve learning materials in collaboration with the wider agile coaching communityYour skills and experience
Experience in coaching, facilitating, mentoring and training individuals and teams in agile and lean approaches across a wide range of management seniorityGood sense of prioritization combined with the ability to find pragmatic solutions while keeping the customer's perspective in mindEnjoy working in a team with a high degree of initiativeSeveral years of experience in coaching within global financial organization(s)Very good English in writing & communication requiredStrong communication, presentation and negotiation skillsEmpathic appearanceGood analytical and problem solving skillsGood understanding of the international financial services industry and current technology trendsExperience in digital & innovation and agile transformationsExperience with Jira is an advantageExperience of governance processes (IG/EG, CGF, SDLC etc.) are an advantageExperience with innovation methodologies (e.g. design thinking, lean start-up) are an advantageExperience working in an international, fast-paced environmentDegree from an accredited college or university (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) preferred.Skills That Will Help You Excel
