Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Admission Counselor to join our Admissions Department. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in student counseling and admissions, preferably in higher education. The role involves guiding prospective students through the admissions process, ensuring excellent candidate experience, and contributing to AIM’s enrollment growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel and guide prospective students and parents about AIM’s PGDM and MBA programs.
• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, webinars, and group presentations.
• Respond to inquiries via calls, emails, walk-ins, and virtual sessions.
• Manage and nurture leads effectively through CRM systems to ensure timely follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admissions and enrollment targets.
• Represent AIM at education fairs, seminars, and other outreach events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate lead and application data in CRM and prepare regular progress reports.
• Provide insights on student preferences, market trends, and competitive benchmarks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience in counseling or admissions within the education industry.
• Proven record of achieving or exceeding admissions targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (LeadSquared, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
• Highly organized, target-driven, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
