Job Description

We are Hiring for Senior Academic Counsellor Role !

Key Responsibilities:

Empathetic Communication
: Handle conversations with patience and empathy, addressing learner concerns effectively and building trust.
Counselling & Conversion
: Persuade prospective learners to attend
Video Counselling (VC)
sessions with the goal of guiding them toward enrollment decisions.
Administrative Support
: Maintain accurate records and perform routine administrative tasks using
MS Office Suite
and
CRM platforms
.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Achieve
minimum 300 minutes of call talk-time
daily.
Schedule at least 5 Video Counselling (VC) sessions
per day.
Maintain a
minimum 80% lead connectivity
rate daily.
Meet or exceed weekly revenue targets
consistently.

Requirements:

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage conversations with empathy and patience.
Persuasive mindset with a goal-oriented approach.
Basic proficiency in
MS Office
and
CRM software
.
Prior experience in EdTech or telesales is a plus.
