Role Overview

Senior Accounts Receivable Lead / Manager / SME

US client environment

What You’ll Own

• Manage the

  end-to-end Accounts Receivable lifecycle

  for key US-based clients
• Drive timely collections; proactively follow up on invoices and escalate issues diplomatically
• Reduce

  DSO

  and

  bad debt

  as core KPIs
• Build strong relationships with Sales, Client Success, BU Heads, and external client teams
• Resolve billing disputes, clarify invoice details, and negotiate payment terms
• Prepare and analyze

  AR aging reports

  , identify trends, and recommend actions
• Track and present collection metrics to the SVP – Finance
• Improve AR processes and support automation initiatives
• Handle sensitive financial discussions with professionalism and assertiveness
• Ensure strict compliance with financial policies and audit standards

What You Bring

• 10+ years

  of Accounts Receivable experience, preferably in a

  B2B US client

  environment
• Prior experience working

  night shifts

  and interacting with US-based clients
• Strong ability to operate independently as a senior individual contributor
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
• High energy, self-motivation, and commitment to meeting aggressive targets
• High integrity, professionalism, and organizational discipline
• Proficiency in

  Excel

  , ERP systems, and AR tracking tools
