Senior Accounts Manager

As a Senior Accounts Manager at Cascade Buildtech Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve leading the accounts team to ensure smooth financial management in Real estate projects. You will be responsible for overseeing project-wise fund allocation, cash flow, and financial planning. Additionally, you will prepare accurate MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts, handle statutory audits, banking, and regulatory requirements, and mentor the accounts team to maintain accuracy and efficiency. Implementing effective internal controls and financial systems will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee project-wise fund allocation, cash flow, and financial planning. - Prepare accurate MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts. - Handle statutory audits, banking, and regulatory requirements. - Mentor and supervise the accounts team to maintain accuracy and efficiency. - Implement effective internal controls and financial systems. Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting. - Professional qualifications such as CA/ICWA/MBA Finance are preferred. - 7-10 years of experience in accounts, with at least 3-5 years in a senior managerial role. - Prior experience in the real estate industry will be an advantage. - Proficiency in Tally/ERP and strong knowledge of taxation & compliance. - Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
