Job Summary:

The Senior Accounts Executive will manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of handling complex accounts and supporting senior management in financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Accounting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage ledger entries, reconciliations, and journals.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable:
• Handle vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and customer billing.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and ensure timely collections.
• Taxation & Compliance:
• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns on time.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
• Budgeting & Reporting:
• Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
• Provide financial insights and reports to management for decision-making.
• Audit & Documentation:
• Support internal and external audits.
• Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
• Team Coordination:
• Mentor junior accounting staff and ensure smooth workflow in the accounts department.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline financial processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 2–6 years of experience in accounting, preferably in retail or jewellery sector.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
