Job Description – Senior Accounts Executive

Location: Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years (Import-Export Division)
Position: Full-Time
Department: Accounts & Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Handling
• Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally or relevant ERP system.
• Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliation statements.
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.

• Import & Export Accounting
• Handle export documentation including invoices, packing lists, and shipping bills.
• Manage import-related accounts such as duty, freight, and customs expenses.
• Coordinate with CHA, shipping agents, and banks for document clearance.

• Banking & Finance
• Manage bank reconciliation statements (BRS) on a regular basis.
• Prepare and track foreign currency transactions, LC, and bank realization certificates (BRC).
• Coordinate with the finance team for fund management and payments.

• GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance
• File monthly GST returns, TDS, and other statutory obligations.
• Handle input/output reconciliation and assist in audits.
• Maintain compliance with government rules and export incentives (MEIS/RODTEP).

• Audit & Reporting
• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Prepare monthly profit/loss summaries, balance sheets, and financial reports.
• Maintain accuracy and transparency in all financial data.

• Inventory & Cost Control
• Coordinate with stores and production teams for stock valuation.
• Monitor costing of jewellery items and gold/silver inventory tracking.

• Team Coordination
• Work closely with management, accounts team, and auditors.

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP software
• Experience in Import-Export accounting & documentation
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, BRC, LC, and Banking operations
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent degree
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Export Unit
• Jewellery Industry Preferred

Salary Range

• ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
