Job Title: PPC Executive / Officer – Jewellery Industry

Location: Sitapura, Jaipur

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced PPC Executive to manage and oversee the entire production planning and control process in our jewellery manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in tracking production schedules, coordinating with multiple departments, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining production efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule production activities to meet delivery timelines and order requirements.
• Coordinate with design, casting, polishing, setting, and finishing departments for smooth workflow.
• Monitor daily production progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Analyze work orders, allocate jobs, and prioritize based on urgency and delivery commitments.
• Maintain and update production trackers, reports, and MIS data.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for material availability and job status.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Ensure quality control processes are followed at every production stage.
• Collaborate with merchandising and dispatch teams for final order readiness.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate
• Minimum 4 years of experience in PPC or production coordination in the jewellery industry.
• Strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes (casting, setting, polishing, plating, QC, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of working under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,691.24 - ₹41,889.21 per month
