Role Description

NoBrokerHood is hiring for a full-time Senior Accountant role based in Pune. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, the role encompasses preparing and analyzing budgeting reports, overseeing tax filings, and contributing to financial decision-making processes. This is an on-site role requiring daily collaboration with team members to ensure adherence to financial best practices.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in accounting practices, including preparing financial statements, reconciliation of accounts, and financial analysis.
• Strong expertise in tax filing, compliance with statutory regulations, and understanding of financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting, with the ability to analyze and provide actionable insights from financial data.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
• Proven experience with financial and accounting software tools, along with MS Excel and other analytical tools.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications like CA, CPA, or equivalent are preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
