KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely filings.
• Collaborate with the management team to provide financial insights for decision-making.
• Optimize financial processes to improve efficiency.
• Manage and maintain an accurate inventory of event items available for rent.
• Oversee the implementation and operation of a barcode system for tracking items.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure the system aligns with inventory and rental needs.
• Label each item with barcodes, including details like the event name for seamless identification.
• Monitor inventory flow—check items in and out and ensure timely returns.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the integrity of inventory data.
• Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure inventory availability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in events, design, or a creative industry.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally & other software's etc.,) and MS Excel.
• Knowledge on working with LLP/Pvt Ltd company.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Spoken Language – English, Tamil & Hindi preferred
