Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive – MIS & Compliance

GST, TDS, advance tax

Key Responsibilities:

📊 MIS & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain monthly MIS reports related to GST, TDS, and other statutory liabilities.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of internal financial compliance reports.

🧾 GST Compliance

• Prepare and file

  GST Returns (GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B)

  on a monthly basis.
• Conduct

  GST 2B reconciliation

  to ensure accurate Input Tax Credit (ITC) claims.
• Handle GST-related queries and coordinate with vendors or internal teams for resolution.

💼 TDS Compliance

• Perform

  TDS deductions and reconciliation

  for vendor payments, salaries, and other applicable categories.
• Prepare

  TDS returns (Form 24Q & 26Q)

  and ensure timely filings.
• Validate TDS applicability and deduction accuracy across transactions.
• Coordinate with external consultants or auditors on TDS matters.

💰 Advance Tax

• Assist in

  advance tax computation

  and ensure timely payment as per income tax provisions.
• Maintain documentation for advance tax estimates and payments for audit and statutory purposes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Qualification:

  B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter (Preferred)

• Experience:

  3–5 years in Accounts & Tax Compliance (preferably in manufacturing or mid-sized corporate setup)

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in

  GST, TDS, and advance tax computations

• Experience with

  Tally ERP / Zoho Books / SAP / similar accounting software

• Strong knowledge of

  MS Excel

  for reconciliation and reporting

• Soft Skills:

• Attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
