Role: Mechanical Supervisor We are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor with hands-on experience in heavy vehicle maintenance and mechanical operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep and performance of all vehicles and machinery, ensuring reliability and efficiency at all times. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily maintenance tasks and develop preventive maintenance schedules. Identify and resolve vehicle issues proactively. Oversee maintenance of heavy vehicles including: Tyres, coolant, urea, water levels, oil, and cleaning. Maintain and follow up on maintenance checklists and service schedules. Coordinate with drivers for roadside assistance and service needs. Cross-verify completed services with vehicle service engineers. Review night driver maintenance logs and ensure accuracy. Ensure regular AC servicing and coolant/oil top-ups as required. Experience in heavy vehicle driving is mandatory. Experience min 2 to 3 Years Qualifications Certification or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Experience in preventive maintenance and inspection. Strong supervisory and team coordination skills. Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and leadership qualities.
