Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Mechanic Supervisor to manage daily workshop operations and lead a team of technicians. The role involves supervising repairs, ensuring quality standards, meeting delivery timelines, and supporting customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide mechanics and technicians in daily repair and maintenance work
• Allocate jobs based on skill level and workload
• Ensure repairs are completed as per company standards and safety guidelines
• Monitor productivity, turnaround time, and quality of work
• Diagnose technical issues and support the team with complex repairs
• Coordinate with service advisors and parts team for smooth workflow
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and workshop cleanliness
• Handle customer technical concerns when required
• Maintain job cards, reports, and workshop records

Requirements:

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as a mechanic, with supervisory experience preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicles and diagnostics
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Basic computer knowledge for reports and job tracking
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in authorized service center or multi-brand workshop
• Knowledge of warranty processes and quality audits
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Salary: As per industry standards

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
