Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical Supervisor based in Dandeli. The Mechanical Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, inspection, maintenance management, and leading maintenance teams in executing tasks efficiently. The supervisor will also play a key role in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues promptly. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and guide a team effectively Expertise in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Management Proficiency in Inspection techniques and Maintenance activities Sound problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve mechanical issues efficiently Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the engineering or construction industry Good communication and organizational skills
