Job Description

As a Mechanical Supervisor for Machinery Maintenance, your primary role will be to oversee and ensure the effective maintenance of all machinery and mechanical systems. This will involve supervising maintenance teams, conducting regular equipment inspections, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and coordinating preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and lead the mechanical maintenance team. - Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. - Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical equipment and machinery. - Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards. - Maintain maintenance records and report equipment performance. - Coordinate with production and engineering teams for seamless operations. Qualifications: - Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering. - 5+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment. - Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting. - Good leadership and communication skills.
