Company Description Patel Dairy Products Private Limited (Chhaswala) Founded in 1994, Patel Dairy Products Private Limited, commonly known as Chhaswala, is a renowned dairy shop located in Mahemdavad. Originally established by Savitaben to support her family, the shop has since grown into a well-respected local dairy brand. Under Jatin Patel's leadership since 2015, the business has shifted focus to provide healthier, affordable alternatives to soft drinks, leading to the successful expansion of 'Chhaswala'. Role Description Position: Production Manager-Ice-cream Location: Mahemdavad Type: Full-Time, On-Site Responsibilities: Oversee the daily production of over 4000 liters of buttermilk and various other dairy products. Manage production schedules to ensure timely output. Ensure quality control and adherence to production standards. Optimize production processes and implement continuous improvements. Coordinate with the team to meet production targets. Oversee operations of the ice cream factory, ensuring efficient and effective manufacturing processes. Engage in tactical planning, troubleshooting, and maintenance management. Salary: Up to 40 K CTC Experience Required: 5to 7 Years Qualifications Proficient in production planning, scheduling, and management. Experience in quality control and assurance. Knowledgeable in dairy production processes. Skilled in inventory management and supply chain management. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Knowledge of health and safety compliance. Experience in the food or dairy industry is advantageous. Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, or a related field. Only candidates with Ice-cream industry experience will be considered.
