Objective:
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing production operations within the Electronics and Semiconductor Industry (ESI). This role is crucial for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and meeting production targets. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in production management, with 5-10 years of experience in the ESI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive production plans, schedules, and workflows to align with customer demands and production targets. Optimize production schedules to maximize efficiency and output.
2. Process Optimization: Continuously assess and refine production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and uphold high-quality standards. Implement best practices and lean manufacturing techniques to improve operational performance. 3.Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of production staff, including operators, technicians, and supervisors. Foster a positive and productive work environment, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations. 4.Quality Control: Partner with the Quality Assurance team to ensure all products meet industry standards and customer specifications. Implement and oversee quality control measures and corrective actions as necessary. 5.Resource Management: Efficiently manage the allocation of resources, including raw materials, machinery, and labor. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of resources. 6.Budgeting and Cost Control: Oversee production budgets and monitor costs to identify and implement cost-saving measures. Ensure cost control while maintaining high product quality and meeting delivery schedules. 7.Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies. Promote a culture of safety and conduct regular safety audits and training sessions. 8.Reporting: Prepare and present detailed production reports to senior management. Highlight key performance indicators (KPIs), production efficiency metrics, and areas requiring attention or improvement. 9.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including RD, engineering, and supply chain, to ensure smooth and coordinated production operations. Address and resolve any issues that may impact production. 10.Technology Integration: Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in production technology. Recommend and implement new technologies to enhance production efficiency and competitiveness.

AExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. In-depth knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality standards specific to the ESI sector. Preferred Qualification:
Education:Bachelors degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in production management within the Electronics and Semiconductor Industry.
