Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our global finance team. The ideal candidate will be a CA Qualified professional with a strong background in accounting processes, financial reporting, and hands-on experience with accounting tools such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Great Plains (GP), or similar platforms . Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end accounting functions including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes. Prepare and review financial statements and reports in compliance with applicable standards. Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and audit requirements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and global finance stakeholders. Work on accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Great Plains, or other ERP tools. Support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc reports and projects as required. Key Requirements Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. Minimum of 2-6 years of post-qualification experience in accounting or finance roles. Prior experience with tools such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, or other ERP/Accounting software is preferred. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work in US Shift Timings (4:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST).
