We are dedicated to being your go-to partner for a range of financial and legal needs. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Articled Assistant located in Gurugram. The Articled Assistant will be responsible for assisting with accounting and auditing tasks, tax compliance, legal research, and documentation. Day-to-day tasks include preparing financial statements, conducting audits, managing GST returns, assisting with GST litigation, and helping in drafting legal documents and contracts. The role also requires liaising with clients and contributing to the development of business strategies. Qualifications Basic knowledge of Accounting and Auditing skills, and of financial statements Knowledge of Tax Compliance and GST regulation, including returns and litigation Legal Research and Documentation skills, including drafting legal documents and contracts Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients Proficiency in using accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Education / Experience CA dropped out with 3-4-year CA firm experience Candidate should be MBA in Finance / M. Com with 2-3 years CA Firm experience Graduation with 4-5 Years Similar experience in CA Firm Responsibilities Preparation and finalization of financial statements, Balance sheets and relevant notes Preparation and filing of ITR of individuals and companies TDS computation and filing of TDS returns GST returns filing, GST audit and other matters related to GST in departments. Conducting Internal and external audits Handling month-end closing, bank reconciliation statements, MIS reporting for each Project Office / Branch etc. Handling of team of 5-7 person Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers Understanding and analysing the requirement of projects and clients Should independently be able to prepare the annual financial statements of Company, firm. as per Schedule-III to the Companies Act, 2013. Requirement : 3-5 Years CA firm Working experience Handle team of CA Interns Good knowledge of Tally accounting software is a must (basic knowledge of ERP shall be an advantage). Good knowledge of MS-Office tools - XL, Word etc., MS-Outlook / Lotus Notes. Good communication skills (both written spoken), attention to detail and coordination skills.
