Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Articled Assistant located in Gurugram. The Articled Assistant will be responsible for assisting with accounting and auditing tasks, tax compliance, legal research, and documentation. Day-to-day tasks include preparing financial statements, conducting audits, managing GST returns, assisting with GST litigation, and helping in drafting legal documents and contracts. The role also requires liaising with clients and contributing to the development of business strategies.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Accounting and Auditing skills, and of financial statements
• Knowledge of Tax Compliance and GST regulation, including returns and litigation
• Legal Research and Documentation skills, including drafting legal documents and contracts
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients
• Proficiency in using accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
