Handle day-to-day accounting operations
- including journal entries, expense booking, accruals, and general ledger maintenance, to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Perform monthly closing activities
- ensuring timely preparation of trial balance, P&L statements, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Conduct monthly closing of detailed bank, vendor, and receivable reconciliations
- to maintain data integrity, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.
Prepare and support Management Information System (MIS) reports -
providing financial insights and analysis to assist management in decision-making and performance tracking.
Assist in external and internal audits
- by preparing schedules, documentation, and reconciliation reports; ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
Support VAT and tax compliance
- processes across GCC countries, including filing, documentation, and coordination with external consultants or authorities.
Preferred experience in using ZOHO Books / XERO
for accounting and reporting.

Key Qualifications

Mandatory:
Semi-qualified
CA/CMA/ACCA
Experience:
Minimum
5+years
in accounting and finance
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Consistent history of stable employment and integrity in work performance
Comfortable working with
international clients
and in a
remote, fast-paced environment.
Has a strong skill in understanding and using English effectively, both in writing and speaking.
