Senior Accountant Executive

Experience: 3–6 Years
Location: Initial job location is Trivandrum. After the initial period, your work location will be Sri Lanka.
Software Requirement: Experienced in Tally (Tally ERP/Tally Prime)

Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Manage daily accounting entries in Tally including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, journal entries, and bank transactions.
• Maintain accurate general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.

2. Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Generate MIS reports and assist management with financial analysis.
• Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities.

3. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

• Handle GST returns, TDS calculations, PF/ESI (if applicable).
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and timely filing of all returns.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and year-end audits.

4. Payroll & Documentation

• Oversee payroll processing and maintain employee records (if required).
• Manage invoices, purchase orders, vouchers, and other accounting documentation.
• Maintain organized and updated financial records.

5. Coordination & Support

• Liaise with vendors, clients, banks, and internal departments.
• Support senior management with financial planning and recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting.
• 3–6 years of accounting experience with strong hands-on knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and compliances.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
