This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience. The Senior Accountant will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance within the organization. Qualifications and Skills Proven accounting expertise with minimum 7 years of work experience in a similar role. Excellent cash management skills to optimize liquidity and fund management within the organization. (Mandatory skill) In-depth knowledge of account management practices, including ledger maintenance and financial reporting. (Mandatory skill) Strong ability to manage accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collections and relationship management. (Mandatory skill) Strong understanding of internal controls to prevent inaccuracies and conserve the company's assets. Solid experience in general accounting practices, including balance sheet management and financial statement preparation. Proficient in account reconciliation processes, ensuring all accounts are balanced and discrepancies are investigated and resolved. Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports and statements for upper management review. Roles and Responsibilities Oversee and manage the company's financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk analysis. Ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial statements with established guidelines and regulations. Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring all financial reporting is timely and accurate. Develop and implement efficient accounting procedures to improve accuracy and increase productivity. Conduct internal audits to assess financial operations and recommend any necessary improvements. Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and ensure all financial documentation is complete and accurate. Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels to support financial planning.
