This full-time role is pivotal in enhancing our digital presence and improving the user experience on our platforms. The ideal candidate will excel in creating stunning and functional web designs while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to bring our educational vision to life. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in HTML5 (Mandatory skill) to construct visually appealing and efficient web pages. Expertise in Responsive Design (Mandatory skill) ensuring optimal performance across diverse devices and screen sizes. Competency in PHP (Mandatory skill) for server-side scripting to enhance the functionality of web applications. Strong understanding of UI/UX Design principles to create engaging and user-friendly interfaces. Experience in Wireframing to effectively visualize ideas and collaborate with stakeholders during the design process. Advanced skills in CSS3 to style websites and maintain consistency across different browsers. Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams to ensure seamless integration of designs into functional web applications. Detail-oriented approach with a passion for maintaining and improving the quality of user interaction on all platforms. Roles and Responsibilities Design and develop creative and functional web pages consistent with the college's educational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and content creators to enhance website functionality and engagement. Create visually appealing user interfaces and ensure a seamless user experience across all devices. Stay abreast with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously optimize design strategies. Conduct regular website testing and debugging to improve functionality and efficiency. Develop wireframes and prototypes to conceptualize and implement design ideas effectively. Ensure all web design follows best practices for accessibility and user experience.
