Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive Department: Accounts & Finance Location: Civil Lines, Jaipur Reporting To: Accounts Manager / Finance Head Experience Required: 4–7 years Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, support audits, and assist in financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in Tally ERP or other ERP systems, and a solid understanding of Indian taxation and financial regulations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day books of accounts (Journal, Ledger, Cash Book, Bank Book, etc.) Handle GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation), TDS deduction and returns Manage vendor payments, advances, and employee reimbursements Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely transactions Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Perform bank reconciliation and manage cash flows Maintain fixed asset register and compute depreciation Ensure compliance with statutory laws and support in audits (internal and external) Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for financial matters Generate timely MIS reports as required by management Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial compliance Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) Familiarity with PF, ESIC, LWF compliance (preferred) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Industry Background: Infrastructure, Construction, Power Projects, EPC, or similar sectors Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Application Question(s): Mention your current and expected salary Work Location: In person
