Job Title: Senior Accountant Location: Hebbal, Kirloskar Business Park, Bengaluru Company: Protyze Department: Finance & Accounts Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Accountant with hands-on experience in managing statutory compliance including ESI, PF, TDS, and Professional Tax (PT). The ideal candidate will maintain financial records, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and support internal audit and reporting functions. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate accounting records and books of accounts. Independently manage ESI, PF, TDS, and PT calculations and filings. Handle GST return filing and reconciliation. Process monthly payroll, including statutory deductions and contributions. Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure timely payments and compliance with all statutory dues. Liaise with auditors, consultants, and government departments. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and receivables/payables. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance (M.Com or CA Inter is an advantage). Minimum 4–6 years of accounting experience with exposure to statutory compliances. Proficient in Tally ERP, Zoho Books, MS Excel, or similar accounting software. Strong working knowledge of ESI, PF, TDS, PT, and GST regulations.
