Job Title: Business Development-Area Sales Designation: Business Development Experience: Min 4+ years Location: Bangalore (Offsite) Working Days: Mon - Saturday Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Language preference: English, Kannada and Hindi 2 Wheeler is Mandatory Key Responsibilities: 1. E-Commerce Platforms Activation, Listings & Growth: o Platform Activation: Lead the activation of our products across multiple e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, or niche industry sites. o Listings Management: Ensure all product listings are complete, optimized, and compelling, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and keyword optimization for search visibility. 2. Cross-Branding Tie-Ups: o Partnership Development: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with complementary brands to expand market reach. o Co-Branding Campaigns: Lead the development and execution of co- branded initiatives, combining the strengths of both brands to drive awareness, sales, and customer loyalty. 3. Identifying and Bringing in New Business Opportunities: o Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging business opportunities, industry trends, and potential customer segments. o Lead Generation: Actively prospect new business leads through cold calling, networking, industry events, and leveraging existing relationships. 4. International Business Development: o Global Market Expansion: Identify opportunities to enter new international markets and build strategies for global business expansion. o International Partnerships: Develop relationships with international distributors, partners, and clients, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring smooth market entry. 5. Gym/Fitness Center Tie-Ups: o Exclusive Offers & Promotions: Create exclusive offers, wellness programs, and promotions targeted at fitness center members, driving mutual growth. Expanded Customer Base Partner with local gyms fitness centres, or health professionals to tap into their customer base. Offer exclusive discounts or bundles to gym members or clients
