The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of financial processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and compliance.Key Responsibilities:• Tender Filing and Coordination:• Manage the tender filing process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for tender submissions.• Maintain a comprehensive database of tender documents and related correspondence.• Operational Audit and Control:• Conduct regular operational audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.• Implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risks.• Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management.• Compliance and Finalization Work:• Ensure all financial activities comply with local and international regulations.• Assist in the preparation and finalization of financial statements and reports.• Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and ensure all required documentation is provided promptly.• Additional Responsibilities:• Provide support to the Accounts Manager in day-to-day operations.• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper filing systems are in place.• Handle ad-hoc financial tasks as required.Qualifications and Skills:• Education:• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.• Experience:• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the logistics industry.• Experience with financial audits and compliance.• Skills:• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.• Familiarity with accounting software (Tally ERP and Tally Prime).• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Personal Attributes:• High level of integrity and ethical standards.• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.• Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic.*Interested candidates can share cv to 8169896275.
