Senior Account Executive

Job description:

Note: Female Candidates preferred.

Software & Tools

• Maintain and manage accounts using Tally Prime and other accounting tools.
• Use Microsoft Excel efficiently for financial reports, data analysis, and reconciliations.

Statutory Compliance

• Calculate and deduct TDS, prepare challans, and ensure timely payments.
• Handle PF and ESI related calculations, payments, and filings.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and records.

Corporate Finance Support

• Assist in preparation and review of financial statements and reports.
• Help ensure compliance with corporate tax, GST, and other financial regulations.
• Coordinate with banks, vendors, auditors, and government departments as needed.
• Cash Management
• Maintain petty cash records and ensure accurate disbursement and settlement.
• Monitor daily cash flow and submit periodic cash reports to management.
• Responsible for end-to-end salary processing including attendance, leave, and payroll management. Ensure compliance with statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS) and timely salary disbursement. Maintain accurate employee records and support audits as requiredRequired Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com or related field).
• 5-6 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and familiarity with other accounting software.
• Working knowledge of TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.

Note: Accounts Executive in an educational institution will be an added advantage
