Senior Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand trends and customer needs, adjusting strategies as necessary
  • Present customized solutions to clients and stakeholders, showcasing the benefits of our solar energy products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a high standard of client service
  • Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly
  • Actively mentor and support junior sales team members, promoting a collaborative team environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the renewable energy or technology sectors
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value deals
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Knowledge of CRM software and project management tools
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
