1. Assisting in ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for the
company, including NBFC and public company compliance.
2. Assist in maintaining and updating secretarial records, regulatory filings, and other statutory
documents.
3. Monitoring changes in relevant laws and regulations and advising management on
necessary actions.
4. Assisting in the organization and preparation of board and committee meetings, including
drafting and maintaining meeting minutes.
5. Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on corporate governance matters.
6. Supporting in the preparation and filing of annual reports, financial statements, and other
compliance-related submissions.
7. Assisting in the implementation and monitoring of internal compliance policies and
procedures.
8. Supporting in conducting due diligence for corporate actions and legal matters.
9. Liaising with external regulators, legal counsels, and auditors on compliance matters.
10. Supporting in the development and delivery of training programs on compliance and
governance.
