About Us :

ipshopy.com is a fast-growing eCommerce multi-seller platform that enables businesses and individuals to sell their products online with ease. We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Seller Support Executive to assist our registered sellers, resolve their queries and ensure smooth operations on the platform.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Act as the primary point of contact for registered sellers and dealers on ipshopy.com.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to support sellers.
  • Assist sellers with account setup, product listing, pricing, order management and payment-related queries.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve technical or operational issues.
  • Guide sellers on how to use the platform, upload products, and manage their store effectively.
  • Monitor seller performance and help them improve product visibility and sales.
  • Use AI tools and digital systems to automate repetitive tasks and enhance support quality.
  • Maintain records of seller interactions, issues, and feedback in Excel/CRM.
  • Provide detailed reports on seller concerns, trends, and performance improvements.
  • Ensure high seller satisfaction through timely and professional communication.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Graduate (Preferred: BBA, MBA, BCA, BCS, MCA, or equivalent).
  • Basic knowledge of eCommerce operations and seller management.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email, Internet).
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, or automation tools) for communication and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving, negotiation, and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in seller support, eCommerce operations, or customer service preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication and digital understanding are also welcome.
