Description
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the security team, developing and implementing security strategies, and ensuring the safety and security of the company's assets, employees, and clients. They manage security personnel, conduct risk assessments, respond to incidents, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Core Responsibilities: Developing and Implementing Security Strategies: Creating and enforcing security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect the organization. Managing Security Personnel: Recruiting, training, supervising, and scheduling security staff, including guards and other personnel. Conducting Risk Assessments: Identifying potential security threats and vulnerabilities, and developing plans to mitigate them. Responding to Incidents: Investigating security breaches, incidents, and emergencies, and coordinating appropriate responses. Maintaining Security Systems: Overseeing the maintenance and functionality of security equipment, such as surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems. Ensuring Compliance: Ensuring adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to security. Budget Management: Overseeing the security budget and managing expenses.
