Security Operations Manager

Role Overview: You will join Tradeweb Markets as a key member of the Security Operations team, where you will play a crucial role in protecting clients and employees from evolving cyber threats. Your responsibilities will include supporting and enhancing the Security Operations program, collaborating with various teams, and contributing to the overall cyber security strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee a team of security operations (SOC) engineers to provide 24x7 detection and response capabilities, ensuring the security of Tradeweb. - Develop and mature existing processes to achieve measurable results aligned with SecOps objectives. - Execute technical incident response processes, including disk/memory forensics, log analysis, evidence handling, and report creation. - Collaborate with Cyber Threat Intelligence teams to stay informed about current threat actor tactics and procedures. - Manage relationships with security vendors to ensure adherence to Tradeweb standards. - Train and mentor security engineers in incident response, threat hunting, and security automation. - Establish partnerships with key business stakeholders, particularly in Compliance, Infrastructure, and Risk departments. - Publish metrics, KPIs, KRIs, and provide updates to senior management. Qualifications: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in information security and related technical disciplines, with at least 6 years in security operations, incident response, or cyber threat investigations. - Proficiency in Windows and Unix operating environments with a focus on disk and memory forensic analysis. - Demonstrated leadership experience in maturing security teams with a strong technical background. - Knowledge of SIEM technologies and hands-on experience with tools such as Splunk, ELK, XSIAM, or QRadar. - Ability to translate technical, legal, and compliance requirements in a regulated environment. - Effective communicator with the ability to articulate cyber risks to various audiences. - Deep understanding of network security architecture, internet protocols, and web service technologies. - Preferably, experience in financial services or financial technology (FinTech) industry. - CISSP, CISM, or equivalent qualifications are preferred.,
