Accounts Payable Analyst

As a member of Tradeweb Markets, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance and accounting functions of the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate coding and timely processing of invoices for global entities, as well as assisting with month-end accruals and other closing activities. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be key in maintaining strong relationships with both internal customers and vendors. In this role, you will also be involved in supplier creation and maintenance, expense report review and approval, and providing travel and expense support to employees. Your expertise in financial processes, including AP functionality in ERP systems such as Oracle Cloud Fusion, will be highly valued. Additionally, your advanced Excel skills and knowledge of automation tools like Alteryx and Tableau will contribute to the effective analysis and presentation of financial information. Operating within the US time zone, you will collaborate with vendors to resolve any outstanding issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as Year-End US 1099 Reporting. Your ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, coupled with your drive for continuous improvement, will be essential in this role. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively interact with various stakeholders. To succeed in this position, you should hold a BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field. Prior experience in expense report processing through Concur and familiarity with ERP systems are preferred.
