Accounts Payable Analyst

Role & responsibilities

Invoice Processing

• Process invoices within TAT.
• Perform statement reconciliation and follow up on parked documents.
• Correct posted invoice errors and resolve blocked invoices.
• Handle all received invoice records.

Payments

• Prepare payment proposals and audit payment lists.
• Correct errors and get final payment approvals.
• Forecast payment values for treasury.
• Maintain payment transit evidence for audits.

Vendor Master

• Create, update, and modify vendor accounts.
• Resolve vendor/requester discrepancies.
• Track all vendor creation/modification progress.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow structured processes and manage time-sensitive tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven operations environment.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any graduate
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Invoice processing
