Security Operations Manager

Role Overview: As a Security Supervisor, your main responsibility will be managing manpower and leading a team of security guards. This will involve supervising and scheduling security guards, monitoring site security, and responding to any incidents that may occur. You will also oversee the hiring process for new security personnel and provide training and guidance to both new and existing staff members. Routine inspections, patrols, and maintaining records and incident reports will be part of your daily tasks. In case of emergencies, you will need to coordinate with relevant emergency services to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
