Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

GRC & IT Audit Specialist

with

7+ years of experience

Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)

and

IT Audits (Internal & External)

. The ideal candidate should have expertise in

IT security frameworks, risk assessment, and audit coordination

, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC):
- Manage
  risk databases
  and drive
  risk mitigation efforts
  .
- Maintain compliance with
  MCS controls for IT
  ,
  NIST Cybersecurity Framework (NIST CSF), ISO/IEC 27001, NIST SP 800-53, and SOC2
  .
- Identify
  gaps in controls
  and collaborate with operational teams to address them.

IT Audit & Controls:
- Coordinate
  internal and external audits
  and related activities.
- Develop
  audit reports
  and track risks effectively.
- Work with operations teams to
  verify control status and mitigate risks
  .

Risk Assessment & Mitigation:
- Strong understanding of
  Risk Matrix methodologies
  .
- Drive risk identification and mitigation strategies in alignment with compliance frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

7+ years of experience
in
GRC & IT Audit
(Internal & External).

Strong understanding of
security frameworks
(NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST SP 800-53, SOC2).

Experience in
audit coordination
and
risk management processes
.

Strong analytical skills to
identify compliance gaps
and
mitigate risks
.

Ability to
coordinate across multiple teams
to ensure compliance.
