If you are an IT Audit or Risk & Compliance professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Pune, Maharashtra location, you will build and lead a team of IT audit professionals and execute Technology (security, privacy, etc), Compliance, and Integrated audits in-line with the annual Internal Audit (IA) plan
You will also provide leadership to our SOX-IT program, including mentorship and sharing expertise with the team and business partners This is a highly visible, dynamic, and a fast-paced role and you should expect to interact frequently with technology and business leaders across our global portfolio of business units Exemplary leadership and communication abilities, attention to detail, and strong business acumen are the keys to success in this challenging position
AS AN IT AUDIT MANAGER, YOU WILL:
Lead and manage IT Audits/Assessments (eg Cloud, IT Asset, privacy, infrastructure, system implementations, or other technical security projects), SOX 404 IT internal controls testing, and other operational areas as needed
Manage relationships with the Information Security and IT Compliance team, External Auditors, and third-party vendor(s)
Collaborate with stakeholders and stay abreast of major IT transformation projects, new/emerging risks, and changes in business operations to ensure appropriate updates to our audit plan
Assist with performing risk assessments to support the development of the annual audit plan and perform quarterly updates to present changes to the Audit Committee
Manage audit issues and effectively communicate with process owners/stakeholders
Lead multiple projects and deadlines, including ad-hoc projects and special investigations
Act as a trusted advisor to management, providing expert guidance and recommendations on internal control matters, risk mitigation strategies, and process improvements
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Developed expertise and extensive experience with leading and performing IT Operations and SOX IT Audits, communicating audit issues and process improvements to executives
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and associated auditing techniques; Oracle EBS and HFM are required
Strong technical understanding of cloud computing (Azure, Oracle), operating systems, applications, data repositories, and enterprise architecture, including Operational Technology (OT) environments
Cybersecurity audit experience and familiarity with NIST and ISO 27000
Working knowledge of COBIT, COSO, Privacy & AI Regulations (EU AI Act, GDPR, etc)
Experience with Oracle based products (EBS/EPM/etc), UNIX, Active Directory/LDAP, Data Analytics and RPA tools (BluePrism, Power BI, etc), and GRC tools
Strong interpersonally with demonstrated success managing concurrent projects independently
7-10 years of progressive technology audit and SOX experience (including ITGC and IT application controls) in IT audit and Big 4 experience is required
Professional certification is required
(CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CCSP)
Experience in manufacturing industry is required
AuditBoard experience is required
Fluent in English
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Bachelor s (BS/BA/BBA) in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science (CS) or a related field; Master s (MS/MA) degree preferred
Ability to travel to domestic and international locations as needed
