Job Description Minimum Requirements — Education, Skill & Abilities Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or Engineering Approximately 5–7 years’ experience implementing D365 Finance (most current versions) Basic experience with core business processes such as accounting, supply chain, manufacturing, sales and marketing, field service, case management, etc. Experience with integration tools and 3rd party add-on modules Knowledge of product customization process Minimum one Full Life Cycle implementation Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong time management and organizational skills Working Environment & Preferred Qualifications Office / Home environment or customer site Up to 25–60% travel dependent on practice and geography Master’s Degree in business or technology Dynamics D365 Certification or NAV equivalent Dynamics 365 experience; prior consulting experience Project accounting experience Working knowledge of at least one software development methodology Working knowledge of Microsoft platform skills & Microsoft Project Technical Demonstrates proficiency in practice technology; understands business processes and relates knowledge to product functionality Defines business requirements for technical solutions or alternatives; identifies and helps design customizations, workarounds, or enhancements required to meet customer needs Leads project teams through design workshops and pilot environments Develops data conversion and testing strategies Functional Utilizes approved methodology phases to deliver quality work across Analysis, Design, Testing, Implementation, Support and Maintenance Performs gap analysis between package functionality and customer requirements Creates project-specific documentation Responds promptly and professionally to customer requests Assists with user training on new processes and products Provides excellent service; prioritizes customer issues Builds relationships at all levels within customer organizations Maintains continuous, open professional communication Continuously acquires and applies new knowledge Professional Skills Results-oriented / self-directed; able to drive change in unstructured environments Strong client interface and presentation skills; strong business acumen Initiative and outstanding performance; excellent interpersonal skills (Customer Focus) Manages expectations effectively; quickly builds relationships Passion for learning; strong time management skills
